Satya Smara means remember truth in Sanskrit.
I grew up reciting Sanskrit prayers with my mother and brother every night and I honour my Buddhist lineage and ancestors who also recited Sanskrit prayers.
Remember truth is the essence of my work in this world.
There is so much innate wisdom within us which longs to be remembered and there is even more joy, fulfilment and pleasure to be experienced when we pause, listen and remember.
Truth is tremendously important to me in a world that is dissociated from the basic and fundamental truths.
Here are some truths that I uphold:
A woman is an adult human female
❃
A woman's cycle is her most powerful spiritual guide
❃
The female body is a portal between the physical realm and other dimensions
❃
Life and death are inextricably linked
When we deny death, we deny life
❃
Our universe is abundant
